Me Time

Much of our time is spoken for. Maybe it’s your work or your home schedule that demands your time, energy, and attention. Maybe you find it draining to think of adding even more things to your already full schedule.

But I can affirm that taking time just for yourself —BY YOURSELF- is one of most rejuvenating, calming, stress-relieving things you can do. My hobbies are running, dancing, reading, and sewing. If I’m not at work or cooking, I’m running to one of those activities.
